I just wanted you to know, that your Dad and I had to look up how to give you a bath the first time. As in, we googled, "how to bathe an infant".
And then we did it. I gathered your soap and lotion, towels and washcloth with hearts printed on it in bright colors. And we took took shifts of sorts- washing you and rinsing your hair. Dad hurried to dry you off. I put lotion on your little porkchop legs and gave you a combover.
It's funny now, after just 2 months in. After we feel like we are old pros at giving baths.
Because that very first time, we googled it.
